Who would play a better Kim Jong Il?

Now that notorious North Korean despot Kim Jong Il is roasting in hell, there's probably some talk of a film about his life. Considering his semi afro/hi-top fade haircut, two obvious choices for the lead role are lovable character-actor turned slur spewer Michael Richards and actor/rapper Christopher "Kid" Reid. Who do think would do a better job portraying the little man with the big "dic"-tatorship?
