Lady Gaga by a landslide. Katy Perry can't sing, or dance, or write songs. She just stands there and looks nice. Lady Gaga blows her out of the water in terms of talent and creativity. Katy Perry is a bubblegum pop star with a nice rack. Lady Gaga is a legend.
