unfortunatly, if you were to eat this tiny package of sauce alone you'd get 10 calories more than the hamburger and a whole 21 grams of fat more (just the sauce is 260 cals and 28g of fat). If you were to put this sauce in a salad, with only vegetables and lettuce, your bill would go up to at least 350 calories. The hamburger is at least a "fuller" meal than the sachet of sauce if you ask me, but has less calories and fat (250 cal, 8 g of fat), and is basically almost a healthy choice. If you were to add lettuce and tomatoes to this burger it would all of a sudden be alot healthier than a mcdonalds salad.
