What's more poisonous to your system, the contaminated water from Roman aqueducts [ specifically, only the ones that used lead pipes ] or the harmful and detrimental effects stress can have on the mind and body?

I should throw a bunch of facts in here about the effects of lead poisoning and stress, but I'm lazy, sorry. Maybe it's the stress depressing me.
