Meh the Harry potter films are -vastly- over-rated as you will find that the books of harry potter are so much better. The films are just plain mistakes that need to be aborted.
At least Toy story 3 is a classic and can be appreciated more.

TS3 is not a classic..its a year old Evengeloin, DUUH!! and i agree with ELIOLI it was good but very depressing and sad, HARRY POTTER ALL THE WAY!! It is the greast film franchise EVER!! So muc better than twilight, star wars or any other crap..

The Harry Potter films are awful. The books were much better, and this was the worst book by far. Plus, TS3 was simply BEAUTIFUL!!!!

I got to say Harry Potter been with it longer even though the movies could have been better
hated the first toy story and the second, the 3rd one did nothing but make me leave the theater and want my money back -__- thought it was going to be worth watching...

all of you guys suck Toy Story 3 was BEST movie of the year however Harry Potter 7 Part 1 had dazzling effects and great cast but just didn't meet the expectations of the HYPE so they just overrated Harry Potter what I am trying to say is that Harry Potter could have been much better with the plot and effects but they just didn't use it like they could have. all together here are my ratings Toy Story 3 98% Harry Potter and the deathly hallows 78%

Don't get me worng here, as an advid animation fanatic, TS3 was absolutley great! One of the best of this year! But I can't go to a Pixar movie now a days without feeling sad, like I did with UP. And TS3 was a great ending to a trilogy, it wasn't the best out of the three. And I am more open minded unlike Pixar die hard fans who bash people who happen to like a DreamWorks film (also in the running this year as well). So my vote went to harry and friends. lol

Yes, Harry potter was good, but not as good as the others. Toy Story 3 on the other hand was just as perfect as the other two, maybe even more so. Besides, I've grown up with Toy Story, I saw the first one when I was two months old (my parents told me that) To me, Toy Story has a special place in my heart, and it will always win in my books, whether or not it wins this, because this contest will not change my views on how beautiful the Toy Story trilogy is.
