Former President George W. Bush has a memoir coming out, and he recently sat down with Matt Lauer to promote his book. During the interview, he revealed that the lowest moment of his presidency was during the Hurricane Katrina television fundraiser when Kanye West said, "George Bush doesn't care about black people." Seriously, this:

Apparently led to this:

- 9/11
- The war in Iraq
- Actual Hurricane Katrina
- His Tax Relief Reconciliation Acts
- The USA PATRIOT Act
- "Enhanced" interrogation techniques at Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo Bay
- Rollbacks of environmental protections that weakened environmental laws
- The lowest approval ratings in Gallop poll history
- Soaring national debt
- Falling off a Segway
Was Kanye's assertion that George W. Bush hates black people the lowest point in Bush's presidency?
