5 Things You Always Hear on a Reality TV Show

Reality television has become a pretty standard form of entertainment nowadays, but after over a decade of the format, we've seen quite a bit of repetition, especially when it comes to what's uttered by contestants and "stars." Here are 5 words or phrases you've definitely heard on a reality TV show.
5. "I'm in this to win it" (or some other variation)
You're guaranteed to hear this uttered in any show with a competitive format. It's a very "No duh" utterance -- I don't think anyone expected you to sign up for a competition with the explicit goal of coming in last.
4. The word "alliance"
Survivor has made this word mandatory for all reality show competitions, whether they even have voting or not. You'll see complete morons on Real World/Road Rules Challenge shows assembling alliances faster than they can polish off bottles of Cuervo, and even Project Runway contestants "form alliances" when all they're actually doing is hanging out with the people they like the most.
3. "I'll never forget this experience"
This corny sentence gets thrown around by virtually everyone who's done an exit interview. Trying to vie For the Love of Ray J isn't as proud a life moment as graduating college or having a child, but even still, I think it's pretty much implied that you wouldn't forget being on a reality TV show for a couple months.
2. "It is what it is"
Usually uttered by someone who has either lost/gotten booted or has performed crappily, it's basically the verbal equivalent of an exasperated shrug. The only problem is that people use it to signify something's out of their control when 99% of the time they've brought it on themselves. "I burned my souffle and the judges hated it. Oh well, it is what it is." Uh, not really, you cooked a crappy dish. That's kind of your own fault.
1. "I'm not here to make friends"
I'm pretty sure every reality show participant is contractually obligated to utter this sentence; if you refuse, you won't make it past the audition. I long for the day a network debuts a new reality show titled "I'm Here to Make Friends." It would be groundbreaking.
Which phrases or utterances have I missed? Also, what's your stance on reality TV shows?
